Jimmy Wang has a produced a nice little video over at The New York Times. It’s on the underground hip-hop movement in China. According to wikipedia, “The Chinese term for rap is shuōchàng (Simplified Chinese: 说唱; literally “narrative,” actually the name of a traditional genre of narrative singing.”
